i suddenly had this realisation while talking to my retarded twin tessachin online.
often, we do not really keep in contact with our friends in the same country as us (for me, SG);
cos we really do take it for granted that they will be there forever whenever we need them and we don't talk, don't go out to meet or chill.
only after when one of you go overseas for whatever reason, then you realise that 'oh. there's a possibility that i won't meet this friend anytime soon.'
and so everytime the other friend is back in SG then you guys will definitely make it a point to meet up and all.
that's quite sad, don't you think so?
hopefully, i won't have friends like that;
and i will pledge to keep my beloveds beside me forever and ever. :)
